street noise standard rooms
i had booked three marvelous corner suites but they were very noisy. street noise and music from the bar were disruptive. as a result, we had to downgrade two suites to standard rooms, a significant difference from what we had booked.

stingy upgrade fire alarm
the elite recognition was nonexistent and my titanium status mean nothing here. I booked a suite, the app showed available suites, YET the hotel refused a proper upgrade without additional payment. the wellness touch i value the most wasn't delivered. I asked for the sauna to BE hot, but staff implied i was to blame for a fire alarm going off, rather than owning their issues.

A Decent Stay
prime location workout room vegan dish perfunctory apology
The location of this hotel is advantageous. It is very close to major attractions (I walked almost everywhere). The workout room offers variety with many machines and weights.
I found the service to be inconsistent. Despite ordering a vegan breakfast, I received a non-vegan dish with feta cheese (which was disappointing). The replacement toast had visible mold. Staff only gave a perfunctory apology at checkout.
